As you prepare for our wedding in beautiful Bali, we want to ensure your travel experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. One important step is obtaining your Visa, and we highly recommend applying for the Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VoA).

Application Timeline

We advise that you submit your e-VoA application at least 48 hours before your departure from your home country. To be on the safe side, consider applying at least 5 working days in advance, as the Visa is not issued instantly. The earlier you apply, the better! The cost of the visa is IDR 500,000 (approximately USD 30/INR 2700).

Alternative Visa Purchase

If you haven't purchased the e-VoA prior to your arrival in Indonesia, you can still obtain a Visa at the VoA counters located in the arrival halls of international airports. Please keep in mind this method will take some time while the e-VoA process is much quicker.

Quick Passage through Immigration

Once you arrive at Bali Airport, you'll find e-Gates available for travelers who already have their e-Visa. These e-Gates significantly expedite the immigration process, and we highly encourage you to take advantage of this efficient option

Complete the Customs Declaration form online and save time leaving the airport to get to the resort!

The form can be completed 3 days before arrival in Bali. One form per family is allowed. You will receive a QR Code once you have completed the customs declaration. You can save the QR code to your phone or you can print it out as well. 

If you arrive in Bali and go to the customs checking area without the QR code you will be asked to go and complete the form and queue again. You are also holding up other people so please do this before landing in Bali. 

I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, also known as Denpasar International Airport (DPS), is the main international airport of Bali, Indonesia which we highly recommend flying into!

We will be providing airport pick up and transfer to the resort till May 24th for our guests arriving for the wedding festivities!

We will be broadcasting an announcement on WhatsApp closer to the wedding to collect flight details from everyone coming so that we can properly arrange transportation on those dates.

We also highly recommend downloading the Grab app (Just like Uber only but for South East Asia countries and so much cheaper!!!) for easy transportation to and from your intended destination!
